PFERD burrs are manufactured from high performance carbide grades with high wear resistance and maximum cutting edge stability, using only the latest CNC machines. Steel shanks are used when the head diameter is larger than the shank diameter, otherwise they are made from solid carbide.
The innovative tooth geometry permits very high metal removal rates combined with smooth cutting and good guidance accuracy. The optimised chip formation (no pointed chips) ensures good surface quality. Shank ⌀ 6 mm.
