Delivery within the UK is free of charge for orders of £ 70.00 net or more. For orders below £ 70.00 we charge £ 9.90 net to cover part of the postage and packaging costs. For bulky factory equipment we charge an extra 11% of the net order value for freight. Our general terms and conditions apply.
What must be taken into account when dealing with bulky items?
Bulky items are subject to an additional charge for freight. Delivery may be delayed by the carrier.
Air freight may cause split delivery and extra charges due to a tightening of regulations.

Can I pick-up my order?
Self pick-up is currently not available.
How can I track my delivery?
You can track your order once it has been collected by the transport service. Your order contains information about the progress of your shipment. To access this information go to "My eShop", section "Orders" and select the order in question. This is where you will get the link to track your shipment. Please note that the individual items of your order may have varying delivery dates and therefore also varying tracking information.
