Know where to turn to for any application
The Hoffmann Group has enhanced its digital ToolScout service to include an online purchasing and application consultant for torque wrenches and torque screwdrivers. As a result, in just a few clicks users can now determine the most suitable tools for a particular application and order them from the Hoffmann Group's eShop. The system currently offers 400 torque tools. The ToolScout is available in 16 languages at http://www.toolscout.com.
Red Dot Design Award for the new “GARANT digital caliper”
The Hoffmann Group is once again one of the winners of the prestigious Red Dot Award this year. The jury of experts awarded the prize to the “GARANT digital caliper IP67 with data output” in the “Tools” category. The prize is awarded annually in 48 categories and recognizes outstanding industry design. Only the best concepts receive the coveted seal of approval.
Hoffmann is celebrating its centenary

GARANT Xpent: One vice, two workpieces

GARANT ToolCar wins its second design prize
The GARANT ToolCar from the Hoffmann Group was well received by the designers. At the start of March the roller cabinet impressed the jury of the iF Design Award. In April it has now been honoured with the top award by the jury of the prestigious Red Dot Award for its high-quality design and functionality.
Three-time winner: Hoffmann Group wins the iF DESIGN AWARD
The Hoffmann Group has received the coveted iF DESIGN AWARD for three GARANT premium brand products this year. The awards were for the GARANT ToolCar roller cabinet, the GARANT Xpent 5-axis vice and the hydraulic GARANT measuring stand in the product design discipline. The trio was able to impress the 63-member jury and to prevail against 6,400 submissions from 54 countries. The iF DESIGN AWARD is awarded once a year by the world's oldest independent design institution, iF International Forum Design GmbH in Hanover.

The Hoffmann Group has received the renowned Red Dot Award again this year for the design of one of its quality tools. Beautiful design, easy to read without fault– these were some of the features of the first electronic GARANT torque wrench with digital gauge that impressed the jury. The product was honoured in the "Hand Tools" sub-category of the "Tools" category. Competitors from 57 countries took part in the competition with a total of some 5,200 products and innovations.
LogiMAT 2016: GARANT access technology now with Easyfix hooks and holders
The Hoffmann Group is set to launch its new access technology products for the first time at LogiMAT 2016, in hall 5, stand 5D55. The new GARANT aluminium stepladders impress with added ergonomics and safety. This is ensured by the new Easyfix hooks and holders, which can be fitted simply to the side rails without the use of tools, making it easier and safer to carry electrical equipment and tools. This means that important equipment is always quickly to hand. As a result, working becomes more comfortable, more efficient and safer.
LogiMAT 2016: New GARANT ESD Workstation protects components against electrostatic discharges
The Hoffmann Group presents its first ESD-proof GARANT Workstation at LogiMAT 2016 and demonstrates how EPA protection zones (Electrostatic Protection Area) should be set up in order to reliably shield sensitive components from electrostatic discharges. The new GARANT Workstation for protecting against ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) is ESD powder-coated and conductive in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1. Electrostatic discharges are conducted from the work surface to a grounding cable on the underside of the worktop. This means that the workstation always remains charge-neutral. At LogiMAT 2016 the Hoffmann Group is located in hall 5, stand 5D55.
Hoffmann Group is Hidden Champion 2015
On Thursday, 19th November the Hoffmann Group received the “Hidden Champion 2015” award at the “Palmengarten” (botanical gardens) in Frankfurt. The Hoffmann Group also came first in the category “Social Responsibility” due to their social commitment. Stating their reason for presenting the award to the Hoffmann Group, the jury pointed out that Hoffmann was acting in a responsible, sustainable and exemplary manner. Arne Langer, Foundation Manager, received the award.
