The Hoffmann Holding is initiator and founding member of the Hoffmann Group, whose name derives from the Hoffmann GmbH Qualitätswerkzeuge in Munich, which was founded in 1919 as a specialist shop for oxyacetylene welding. The Hoffmann Holding, with its headquarter in Munich, now comprises 14 subsidiaries and sales units within the Hoffmann Group.
